Loolastrations does NOT assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items during transit. Packages marked as “delivered” but are missing is not our responsibility as we can not control Royal Mail /other delivery companies.

SHIPPING 

Please allow 2-5 business days for your orders to be processed. 

Royal Mail : 1-2 business days (Tracked)

Royal Mail International Shipping : 8- 14 business days

If your address is incorrect and the order is sent back to us:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to re-deliver the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the product is damaged due to shipping, please send an email to loolastrations@gmail.com with photo evidence and we will gladly replace it at no charge.
